Full Job Description
This person will work closely with a Project Superintendent and will provide administrative and technical direction for one large, complex project and/or several small to medium size projects. Experience in construction is a MUST as we have limited time to train from scratch.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Permitting process from start to finish
- Interacting with city/county officials
- Follow-up
- Architectural plan submission
- Scheduling inspections
- Maintaining records
- Reporting
- Keeping the project manager organized
We are in need of a dynamic individual that can assist us administratively with advancing our projects along. This individual will be calling on vendors, subcontractors, architects, City/County offices and possibly clients so professionalism is a must. Completing required documentation for all parties will be required, thus detail orientation is also key. We are a casual, caring and trusting company with lofty goals and would like to hire someone of like mind. Spanish speaking individual preferred, but not a must.
