Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone
- Respond to customer website, telephone and email enquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Enter customer date into HubSpot CRM and Outlook
- Generate invoices in Quickbooks
- Notarize documents
- File NOCs and permits with local municipalities for projects
- Provide support to other employees and departments as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
