Full Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be working closely with the Project Managers and their team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as proper execution of said plans. Occasional site visits required.
· Communicating with team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;
· Communicating with management regarding project needs and goals;
· Keeping track of and reporting on project progress;
· Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements;
· Completing any tasks assigned by Senior Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner.
