Xenia is a full services real estate services firm that specializes in the development and management )of facilities occupied by the federal government. With over 1 million square feet under management, we provide the depth and experience offered by large national firms in a boutique setting. We are currently looking for a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a talented, highly motivated individual with experience working in the Construction Industry. The candidate is expected to draw up, estimate, and determines the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. Additional responsibilities include helping develop a a construction schedule and assisting with the bid process.
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years (minimum).
LICENSURE: None
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction
- Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
- Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
- Develops bids for construction projects.
- Works closely with architects and other professionals.
- Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
- Navigates and understands building codes.
- Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
- Monitors construction processes.
- Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
