As our Tampa, FL-based Construction Manager, we’ll count on you to hit the ground running and provide oversight for our portfolio of acquired properties in various stages of the rehabilitation process. Your understanding of the local market to which you’re assigned will be vital in expediting relationships with vendors, especially general contractors, who will work in tandem with AH4R Construction Supervisors, Property Compliance Inspectors and other stakeholders who together ensure that our acquired properties are rent-ready. Top candidates ave experience with new construction or rehab of single-family homes or apartments and you understand issues relating to leases and terms. Because of the large number of properties you’ll oversee, a high degree of competency with computers and computer software must be part of your arsenal at hire. Besides daily use of Outlook, Word and Excel within the MS Office suite, you’ll routinely use the Yardi property management system and our MS Dynamics customer relationship software for tracking, invoicing and market status reporting. Solid communication skills are essential as you supervise, direct and coordinate the efforts of multiple, inter-related teams.
