We are searching for a Construction Manager for Atlanta.  This candidate will have a strong background in both Tenant Improvement and Capital Improvement for office properties.  Projects will be in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.  There are numerous projects at all levels of complexity in process at any one time, so candidate must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

Estimate and manage costs and budgets, coordinate and supervise buildouts, develop and track 3 and 5 year capital expenditure, experience with elevator mods, cooling tower upgrades, lobby redesigns, boiler,roof, sidewalk and window replacements, repair solutions, bidding, manage contractors, subs, and equipment, compliance with building codes.

Bachelor’s Degree with preference in Construction Management, 5+ years experience, bidding, blueprint reading, space planning, exposure to architecture or engineering a plus, supervisory skills, strong organizational ability, knowledge of building codes, permitting process and energy guidelines, mechanical systems, Excel, CAD, GSA a +.

Very competitive compensation and bonus plan.  Company has about $30B in assets under management and is national in scope.  This role will require 25-35% travel but be headquartered in Atlanta.
