Construction Manager Superintendent – Production Home Builds

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee production home builds in Tampa. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction for production home builds.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members to address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction, specifically in production homes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
