We are in need a full charge bookkeeper/office manager that has construction experience. Sub-contractor a plus.

Full time employment 8 hours per day, can make own hours between 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Must know QuickBooks desktop, excel, Procore, textura.

Skills: strong accounting back ground, management experience, attention to detail, accounts payable and receivable, financial reports, AIA pay applications, bank reconciliations, GAAP, NTO and lien releases, subcontractor workers compensation is up to date, help with collections, vendor payables,

Banking, WIP reports, yearend books for accountant.
