Our client offers a full range of facilities maintenance solutions, and they are looking for a versatile Construction Project Coordinator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Construction Project Coordinator:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project coordination, including document preparation and scheduling
- Support HR functions, such as timesheet management and basic payroll tasks
- Help with purchasing by working with vendors and coordinating supply orders
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the team
- Assist with deliveries and client interactions, ensuring high-quality service
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in project management (plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in coordinating projects
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external contacts
- Valid driver’s license and comfort handling occasional local deliveries
