Landscape Fusion is a full service, custom design and build company servicing South Tampa. We create, facilitate, and maintain custom outdoor living spaces for our clients from start to finish. Individuals should possess the ability to work in an innovative, problem solving, fast paced, environment to design, price and sell projects that have unique requirements and parameters.
The Project Coordinator/ Purchaser will be a position requiring a highly detailed and organized individual with the ability to coordinate with multiple different departments and contracts. Their primary focus will be streamlining Build operations and overall improvement to project logistics as well as ultimate field reporting. This will involve daily coordination with estimating & designers, project manager(s), current client product coordinator/purchaser as well as contractors/suppliers.
DUTIES:
-Creating and managing the SOLD projects folders and information. Ensuring corrected and updated plans are within folders, assisting in ordering and pushing plans and information out to suppliers & contractors within a timely manner for project manager to facilitate daily/weekly scheduling.
-Creating overall project checklists & initial timelines with Project Manager and facilitation into Gantt charts for projects.
-Completion of pre-site walks with Project Manager(s) and verifying measurements from plan/contract/field are all aligned for any potential billing or ordering/installation adjustments.
– Receiving all required takeoffs and quotes from estimating for ordering purposes and checking against final/actuals for reporting to accounting for billings.
-Coordinating & verifying deliveries and pickups for jobsite materials. Verifying invoicing with accounting for discrepancies.
-Overall management of project inventory and contract vs. field adjustments with reporting to accounting for proper job costing.
Average work weeks to be 50-65 hours, mix of office, field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
