In this role you will primarily be working with owners and project superintendents to aid in the execution of large residential construction projects. A sampling of daily duties might include:
– Work between sales and project teams on job costing, scheduling, and estimation.
– Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards.
– Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates.
– Prepare detailed Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
– Provide clear direction to crew members and Subcontractors to ensure project targets are achieved.
– Attend and provide input at Project Meetings with the Project Manager or Site Superintendent, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects.
– Lead the onsite crew to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
– Manage tracking, storage, and protection of materials and fixtures and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
– Support the crew with professional development through regular goal-setting and accountability meetings.
– Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture

The perfect candidate will have a variety of experience over at least 3-5 years in residential construction.
STRONG BACKGROUND IN USING CONSTRUCTION P.M. SOFTWARE IS A MUST.
Special consideration if:
– you have been promoted in field or office as PM, foreman, superintendent, or other leadership roles.
– you have experience using BuilderTrend or Co-Construct
Transportation: MUST have your OWN reliable and dedicated vehicle and valid license.
– Clean(ish) record- drug free, no crimes of trust like fraud or theft on your record
