Construction Project Coordinator
Standard Construction is looking for a motivated, self-directed Project Coordinator! Come be a part of our growing team today!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction and the profession of project management. This position allows a person to work remotely.
Responsibilities include:
· Assist Project Manager in the generation of subcontracts and purchase orders
· Assist Project Manager in project accounting
· Ensure subcontractor insurance certificates are on file prior to the start of work and insurance meets requirements
· Distribute subcontractor/vendor change orders and ensure documents are executed
· Address subcontractor/vendor questions regarding contract documents
· Work with team on project work to keep the project going according to schedule
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Assist Project Manager in project closeout accounting and documentation
Requirements
· Must have experience working in the construction field, and with lien waivers, subcontracts, purchase orders, and accounts payables.
· High School Diploma required; Associate degree desirable, and Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and database systems
