This Construction Project Manager Position Features an innovative growing organization in the Tampa, FL area.
Pay: up to Mid $70K range based on level of experience.
Project Manager with estimating experience.
Must have multifamily/condominium, commercial, or similar experience.
Xactimate experience preferred, but not required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Project Manager will manage restoration projects throughout the Tampa area.
? The Project manager is responsible for prepping and coordinating estimates on projects and creating production schedules, and managing projects through completion.
Some of the essential duties of the role:
- Review construction documents and understand the scope of work to bid.
- Obtains pricing for materials and bids from subcontractors.
- Prepares cost analysis using material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs incurred in the installation of items.
- Ensures timely completion of projects.
- Confers with superintendents and subcontractors to discuss such matters as procedures and problems.
- Visit job sites to ensure, progress production, and quality.
- Manage schedule and performance of staff.
- Develop and enforce safety plans.
- Estimating experience preferred.
- Experience using Xactimate software preferred.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role working with multi-family unit OR commercial construction
2+ years of experience with restoration/remodel projects.
2+ years estimating experience
Ability to pass a drug and Background screening
