Full Job Description
We are a medium-sized commercial construction company seeking a dedicated project manager for mid-size commercial projects. This is primarily an office job with regular field visits and is geared towards someone with excellent command over technology as well as an excellent understanding of construction.

You’ll get significant responsibility to run jobs, manage subcontractors, and work directly with our clients. We offer partial work-from-home arrangements but would prefer that you are in our Dunedin office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Please do not apply for this job unless you have three years of experience managing commercial projects (in the office or field) with project values of at least $3,000,000 and higher. College degrees are preferred, but we will consider candidates who have 10+ years of experience who do not have a degree.Compensation:
$90,000Responsibilities:
- Day to day job coordination (subcontractor scheduling)
- Problem-solving documentation skills
- Submittal shop drawing review
- Basic technical comprehension of all trades
- Understanding of plans, permitting, Geotech reports, layout, etc.
- Great communication skills
- Tools are not required as part of this position, but you must have your own vehicle. We will consider out-of-state candidates
Qualifications:
- Experienced with both horizontal and vertical construction work
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
- Commercial construction experience required
- Computer-savvy – this is primarily an office job
- Flexible schedule within reason. Night jobs or weekend work is very infrequent but may sometimes be required
