Full Job Description
We are a growing design and construction firm that is in need of skilled design and office professionals. Our projects typically consist of residential and commercial interior fit outs, room additions and remodels, specialty fixture building, and custom cabinetry design & installation.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background in construction project administration or general project management, excellent organizational skills, time management, and scheduling proficiencies.
- Inputting and updating all pertinent job information into cloud based software- CoConstruct experience a huge plus+
- Update project schedule.
- Maintain project close-out list.
- Maintain daily job logs.
- Manage Subcontractors
- Insure all materials are procured for each project
- Applying for permits
- Arranging for testing and engineering services to obtain a permit when required on specific job.
- Arranging payment for permits in a timely manner.
- Tracking open permits until complete and closed.
- Coordinate any final inspections and the closing of permits with officials.
- Administrative support
- Track / Report bids
- Maintain bid calendars
- Prepare Submittals
- Purchase Orders
The successful candidate will be energetic, organized and have a positive, can do attitude. Prior construction experience is preferred with 2 year customer service/admin experience.
