This is a Direct-Hire Role (no contract)
Must haves:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field working for subcontractors
Strong experience with RFI’s, scheduling, quality management, project safety, etc.
Experience with project pre bid, scope, and construction oversight
Day to Day:
An employer in the Tampa, FL area is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be responsible for all phases of their projects including pre-project planning, labor scheduling, management/coordination of materials and equipment delivery, and determining logistics with field personnel, office support, subcontractors, and other trade work.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
