Full Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator (s) assists the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of the construction process. The Construction Project Coordinator manages the flow of information and timelines related to the project and handles all of the administrative and back-office requirements of the project.

The Construction Project Coordinator takes ownership of change and event management and establishes the workflows needed to support the division with a high level of efficiency. The Construction Project Coordinator interacts with the accounting department, purchasing, and members of the project team. They Pride themselves on having impeccable attention to detail and their ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate and automate processes.

Construction Project Coordinators Should…

· Have experience in an administrative capacity

· Be naturally tenacious and have a high-performance standard

· Be willing to support multiple people on the team

· Be interested in construction and the overall business

· Be studying or have interest in Construction Project Management

Construction Project Coordinators Must…

· Be comfortable communicating and working as part of a team

· Have the ability to manage, track, prioritize and project requirements

· Have useful computer skills including Word, Excel, E-mail

· Be self-motivated, a problem solver, solutions-oriented and professional
