Construction Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Construction Project Manager is between $100k and $150K+ depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Construction Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial construction.
- Manage multifamily, hospitality, education and student housing projects simultaneously with budgets of $100M+
- Work directly with sub-contractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction
- Oversee project from bid to completion.
- Manage field personnel and subcontractors.
- Work directly with clients and owners.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets
Construction Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Experience with Multi-Family/Hospitality Projects.
- Construction related degree is a plus.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
