Maintenance and Property Rehab company in the area is looking for a well-rounded, energetic Project Manager with 3+ years? property (residential) rehab experience. Applying candidate must have a strong ability to multitask and experience work with contracting vendors, client property managers, and residential owners.
Looking for someone with solid experience in property management, construction, and residential home improvements. The ideal candidate must possess the following
MUST be bilingual
MUST HAVE strong rolodex of vetted sub-contractors and vendors
Critical thinker and troubleshooter
Strong personality with strong leadership ability
Experience in managing people and vendors
Experience managing and directing other employees
History of directing multiple projects
Ability to develop relationships with clients and homeowners
Ability to act as a liaison in negotiations with vendors and clients to maintain good margins
Ability to do ?walkthroughs? to meticulously determine needed work and quality of completed work
Ability to give bids based on ?walkthroughs? of a property
Maintain proper company procedures dealing with the submission of information in company portals for accounting purposes
Willingness to travel the metropolitan and surrounding areas daily
The chosen candidate must have a valid driver license with a dependable vehicle and must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
