Job Summary
Responsible for providing management oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects in our Tampa office. We currently have open positions for our Ground Up division and Commercial Interiors/Tenant Improvement division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a budget and schedule for the successful completion of each assigned project.
- Select and hire subcontractors as required to complete the various work scopes for the project.
- Draft the contracts and review for issuance to subcontracts.
- Manage project superintendents and ensure they have the necessary resources to successfully complete the project.
- Monitor the schedule to ensure the project is completed on time.
- Monitor the budget to ensure the project is completed within budget.
- Communicate directly with Owners and Architects
Competencies/Skills Required
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Scheduling, Estimating)

- Read, write and speak the English language with proficiency
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction management
Other important information

- Valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and properly insured vehicle are required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
