Kids Empire is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our roll out team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with corporate brand and safety standards. The project manager works closely with the design team, owners rep’s, Landlords, operations and development team, ensuring a successful project from conception to well after opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop project plan that outlines tasks, milestones, deadlines and completion across multiple national projects.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate multiple GC’s and in house teams to project completion
- Quality Control: Oversee all construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining corporate expectations
- Budget and Cost Management: Review change orders and breakdown costs to compare to industry standards. Review and sign off on schedule of value percentages.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors and architects providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve issues and challenges that arise during construction to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- Maintain Documentation: Provide detailed project status reports to upper management, including updates on timelines, costs, risks, project movement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in construction project management preferred from owner side of TI.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion across the US in multiple states simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management documentation (AIA, 702/703, GANTT’s)
- Ability to work in a fast environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- This role will require extensive travel nationally. (75% or more of your working time)

Pay: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
