Construction Superintendent/Foreman FT – Russell & Russell Construction, LLC (Tarpon Springs)

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent / Foreman who is willing to travel throughout the state of Florida. Our headquarters is located in Tarpon Springs and this candidate will be responsible for the overall onsite coordination of commercial projects. Being bi-lingual is a plus. This candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of successful Commercial Superintendent / Foreman experience.

Our commercial projects may range from $500,000 to $5,000,000 projects. This position requires:

• Willingness to travel and report to the Tarpon Springs headquarters.
• Capability of analyzing plans.
• Being proactive when issues arrive.
• Ability to create material lists.
• Successfully leading crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Consistently meeting tight time timelines.
• Being well organized and self-motivated.
• Capable of handling numerous contractors and personnel at one time.
• Works well independently and with a team.
