Overview

Summary of Position Requirements

The Build Pro Administrator is responsible for daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the Build Pro system, as well as providing support for the Scheduling Expeditors. This position reports to the Build Pro manager.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research all errors on the ISR. Reprocess and delete as necessary
  • Monitor alerts, clear rejected EPO’s that are older than 30 days. Report any other alerts that may require division training to the Build Pro Manager
  • Facilitate template changes requested by management
  • Fill out or assist in filling out UPRs and acquire proper signatures to get associates proper Build Pro log-ins and security roles.
  • Set up new Communities in Build Pro
  • Format and distribute EPO by Week Detail report
  • Update Build Pro start dates
  • Manage BOX scheduling and Multifamily Buildings
  • Monitor unintegrated tasks
  • Assist expeditors as needed
  • Monitor pending EPO’s for issues or errors, report to Build Pro manager when training is needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written, oral and organizational skills
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Computer literate with the ability to work with JD Edwards, Build Pro and Windows
  • Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • At least 1 year of Build Pro experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in Construction or Purchasing preferred
