Construction Warranty Field Tech needed for rapidly expanding home builder in the Sarasota area. The Warranty Field Tech must have knowledge of home building and a minimum of 7 years construction experience. The Warranty Field Tech will oversee subcontractors making repairs to homes sold within 12 months of closing. The Warranty Field Tech will have excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills, prior warranty experience and looking for an opportunity to grow with a dynamic company.
