RAD Diversified is Real Estate Investment Trust. We are looking for an energetic and creative Content Creator to join the Social Media team. The ideal candidate is very familiar with social media platforms & algorithms, audience retention, and engagement. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for all social media platforms and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and engagement across social media platforms, focusing on Facebook and Instagram
- Assist with the social strategy, planning and execution
- Research audience preferences and stay up to date with current trend
- Coordinate the day-to-day social publishing calendar by sourcing content
- Create dynamic content and develop social strategies to help attract high volume traffic and convert that traffic into leads
- Participate in developing the social marketing approach for upcoming product launches and brand campaigns
- Pitch new content ideas and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s across channels and provide recommendations
Skills
- 2+ years of experience with Davinci Resolve (Video Editing Software)
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop
- 2+ years of experience with Canva (Content Creation App)
- Copywriting experience is beneficial and preferred
- Results driven & team player
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with professional-grade cameras & equipment
- Photography and Videography experience
