*Responsibilities:
Detailed responsibilities of Content Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Develop content and write copy for use across all platforms and in customer communications to drive engagement and retention — including email campaigns, social media, website, marketing materials and B2B communications.
  • Manage and assist with all communications, marketing, public relations and promotional activities to support brand and marketing strategies including:
  • Design
  • Production of print materials
  • Paid/Social media
  • Email campaigns
  • Events
  • Organize and implement a content editorial calendar to support programming, consumer marketing, member engagement, and sales initiatives.
  • Write and create weekly email communications; manage and execute campaigns, one-off emails, A/B testing, etc. (3-5 emails per week).
  • Design and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp.
  • Pull and manage reporting and analytics.
  • Design sales and marketing collateral materials and social media posts, specifically for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Create short videos for marketing/sales/PR.
  • Manage social media across all brand platforms; create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Manage and execute SMS and push notification campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, programming, creative and tech/development teams. Perform site checks as needed.
  • Occasionally assist with incoming customer service questions via email; create Powerpoint presentations for CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years experience in marketing/content development role. Agency & PR experience is a plus.
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus a passion for developing engaging content and writing great copy.
  • Graphic design abilities.
  • Experience with and penchant for working with social media.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Mailchimp, GoogleSuite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, Hubspot, OneSignal, LinkedIn Premium.
