Job Description:
Our client, a national furniture chain, is looking for a Content Strategist with Design Skills for a 40 hour freelance opportunity that will become full-time for the right fit.
The Content Strategist with Design Skills will concept and execute strategies for visually engaging content including copy, videos and web graphics.
Responsibilities:
– Stay on top of the latest trends in digital content.
– Assist with strategy development for content and posts for social media channels.
– Help in creating publishing schedules for content and posts.
– Create engaging written, visual and video content.
– Concept, film, and edit videos for social media channels.
– Strategize design using various photography and graphic design.
– Write blogs and additional copy.
Requirements:
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, video production, photography, animation or content management.
– Previous role creating B2B or B2C content
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Premiere, etc.)
– Samples of work including design and written content.
– Eye for design, graphics and set layouts.
