We are currently hiring a Creative Producer / Videographer with an in-depth understanding of social media and lead generation. You will need to live in Tampa, FL or the surrounding area.
You’ll be responsible for leading in the delivery of effective, on-brand, and on-strategy content to help us drive lead generation and conversion while being exposed to the most successful home flippers in the nation….our clients.
You’ll get to spend time with our Rockstar entrepreneurs that flip North of 30,000 homes per year and help us deliver world class events for them.

THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a highly competent producer of all things digital to join our family of real estate investors. In collaboration with the Social Media Management team, the Creative Producer / Videographer will be the lead in creating engaging video, photo, and other digital media content to build our brands.
From ideation to exporting the final product, the candidate will effectively lead and collaborate with the digital marketing team, thriving in the fast-paced & rewarding environment while managing the delivery of multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. The Creative Producer will be responsible for leading in the delivery of effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative..
In this role, the Creative Producer will deliver creative projects from brainstorm phase through launch for a host of marketing vehicles including social media platforms, trade show monitors, and websites. This individual reports to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with our marketing team and leadership team to curate a relevant, impactful content schedule based on allocated budget.
- Create daily engaging content based upon what’s going on inside of The Collective Genius based on our upcoming events, speaker announcements, member connections, deal flow, product announcements, etc…
- Create recap videos for every training video we do for our members each month
- Create video content for customer facing communication regarding our events and products.
- Create HYPE reels for our upcoming events to be distributed across all SM channels
- During our events you will record interviews, create reels and montages for recaps, edit the content and post it while at our mastermind events.
- Post and edit all member testimonials, write headlines, wrap, produce and disseminate onto all social media channels.
- Post FB Live videos, wrap and disseminate on all channels and measure metrics to determine what organic posts performed the best to determine if they should get paid traffic.
- Manage the content that goes out on SM and quality control
- Edit our future Podcast and distribute to the appropriate channels.
- Event set up and breakdown support and help members answer any questions – report to Event Coordinator with any questions or issues – 7x a year (5x in Florida, 2x require out-of-state travel)
- Create quarterly video recaps / Hype reels of the meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film/Photography ad Marketing or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Experience using Mac OS, Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience using IG, FB, Linkedin, Youtube
- Extensive videography/photography experience required
- Must be detail-oriented
- Have genuine and positive energy
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Real Estate Knowledge would be great
TRAVEL: Position requires travel 2 times per year for one week at a time – June/1 week and December/1 week.
SALARY: Compensation for this position will be between $50,000 to $70,000 pending skillset.
WORKPLACE: Our office located in Downtown Tampa
