This is a fantastic Gig opportunity for Construction, Maintenance, and Property Inspection Professionals! If you are looking to supplement your income on your schedule and have a background in construction this could be a great role for you.
Great Jones (a Roofstock Company) is a residential property management company seeking construction, maintenance, and property inspection pros who are tech-savvy and know their way around an app. Payment ranges from $50 to $250 per task.
What You Will Do:
You will inspecting vacant properties in your designated territory for needed repairs, changing locks, and checking on properties we’ve placed on the market for rent.
You will be able to accept or decline any task request so you are really working on your own schedule.
You will manage your work task through our app
Additional compensation is offered for expedited task requests.
All compensation is inclusive of travel. Some tasks require standard hand and power tools, and expendables such as drill bits and cleaning wipes. A good smartphone or tablet is a must!
What You Bring With You:
Prior experience in construction, maintenance and property inspections.
Helpful if you have prior experience with scoping and budgeting as related to renovations.
Someone looking for a great part-time opportunity that has flexible hours.
Required that you have a smart phone or tablet with app capability.
