This is a key leadership position responsible for cultivating an environment in which accountability, integrity, respect, and transparency are not only encouraged but strongly reinforced. This position provides financial leadership, to both the Center for Stewardship and for the agency as a whole in the review and dissemination of finacial, budgetary and regulatory information.
CPA and Masters in Business Administration in health-related field required (or work equivalence). Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in healthcare, human service or hospice finance. Experience and proven track record in areas of fiscal management and oversight, regulatory reporting, and quality improvement. Strong analytical skills and understanding of hospice and home health reimbursement requirements.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs and electronic documentation systems required. Also, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers and with all levels of management.
