• Responsible for selling and servicing events from Group Sales Bookings.
  • Works closely with Hotel Sales Managers in contract negotiations and servicing groups as it relates to catering services.
  • Prospect and develop regional and local accounts through aggressive cold calling and outside sales calls
  • Primary sales efforts are in Food and Beverage and include menu planning, agenda setting, F&B Upselling and hotel meeting services.
  • Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.
  • Assist Director of Catering with Forecasting and increasing the average daily check and Sales per Group Room Night
  • Administer all phases of the catering department, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, servicing and administrative procedures.
  • Work closely with Banquet Manager and their team to create and ensure quality levels are being met on a daily basis as well as enhancing overall banquet set-ups.  Ability to build and maintain solid memorable client relationships.
**Minimum years of experience in hotel industry 3 – 5 years**
