Whether working First, Second, or Third Shift, this position is responsible for the set-up, tear down, and movement of every item necessary to make every event a World Class success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the physical set up, tear down, and movement of all equipment, materials, and furniture for hockey, arena football, basketball, concerts, and large and small events both on and off our property. This is a very physical job.
  • Work cooperatively with all staff members
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance during work hours
  • Follow all safety procedures, rules, and OSHA standards which help assure the health, safety, and security of co-workers and guests
  • Report to management any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, or safety issues
  • Specialized facility cleaning duties may occasionally be necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Compliance with our company policy of Background Checks and Random Drug Screens
  • Punctual, dependable, and Excellent work attendance record
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Personal attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and take direction well and sometimes work under tight time pressures
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and possible infrequent holidays and double shifts.
  • Ability to work as a team member or alone on a specified task
  • Energetic, in good physical condition and stamina, this position may require working outside with exposure to extreme heat or weather conditions.
  • The ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and walk long distances and climb stairs. The ability to stoop, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and squat without any physical movement restriction.
  • Using proper lifting technique, the ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds with or without accommodation. 
  • Always aware of and practicing safety as the highest priority during every job.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the proven ability to use hand and power tools is a plus
