Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and maintain all financial reports associated with the Ticket Office.
  • Manage Box Office and stadium entry, including staffing.
  • Manage ticketing system and develop strategies to collect additional information.
  • Generate reports based on promotions, sales, inventory, or any attribute as requested.
  • Oversee Ticketing inventory.
  • Support Sales Team and Ownership with reports and database maintenance.
  • Manage the cash control and Box Office reconciliation while actively collaborating with the procedures as requested by the Finance Department.
  • Ensure fulfillment of Tampa Bay Rowdies season, group, and individual ticket requests.
  • Assist in implementation and creation of ticketing promotions.
  • Research issues concerning customer accounts, ticket printing, and digital purchases.
  • Coordinate customer mailers throughout the year.
  • Provide customer service on ticketing questions from individuals, season, group and corporate customers.
  • Prepare all ticketing events, including account renewals and generating all ticketing invoices.
  • Manage payment plan process and batch related duties.
  • Create and manage invoices and ticket templates.
  • Utilize all programs including Tickets.com products, ProVenue ticketing system, Microsoft Office and others related to ensure an efficient and fluid operation.
  • Update senior management regarding best practices and new technology.
  • Knowledge of TDC and ProVenue preferred.
