Job Description
- LMS SME with Cornerstone
- Performance management
- Versed in administration and learning management
- Content with vendors, LMS perspective, managing user profiles and ensuring people have the correct access they need
- Turning on and turning off general user administration
- Heavily involved in the set up of the tasks for the performance review cycles
- Year end cycle, setting up tasks, notifications, in charge to make sure that is ready to happen
- Reporting from a performance and succession planning standpoint
- Keeping cornerstone up and running
- Senior level Cornerstone Administrator
- All configuration, no development needed
- Understand the process end to end
- Cornerstone required
