Permanent opening for a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary in West Tampa, Florida. Law Firm needs legal assistant/legal secretary with experience working in Corporate Law handling corporate transactional documents. This position requires a professional who is detailed oriented and can communicate with attorneys and corporate clients. Strong skills in Word and Outlook are required. Law firm offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits.

Prepare, edit, proofread contracts, agreements, correspondence and other legal documents
The ability to redline/blackline legal documents
Work with multiple versions of documents
Prepare, edit and finalize Articles of Incorporation, LLC Agreements, Bylaws and other corporate documents
Prepare binders for meetings
Manage attorney calendar and schedule meetings
Make travel arrangements
Assist with billing clients
Communicate with clients and executives involved in a transaction
and other legal administrative skills.
