Corporate Maintenance Trainer

OVERVIEW:
Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 14 Branches nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail mined individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Corporate Maintenance Trainer. The Corporate Maintenance Trainer will be responsible for teaching both internal and external customers about the specific facets of the Maintenance and Certifications. Trainer will need industry certifications as a trainer and product expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facets of property management maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be flexible with traveling for work, as travel will be required.

  • Maintenance background preferred.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Trainer will need industry certifications as a trainer and product expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facets of property management maintenance.
  • Employee must have a valid driver’s license in the state of his or her employment.
  • Employee must be willing and able to meet extensive travel requirements.
  • Employee must have a minimum of 2 years of industry related experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Employee must have specialized training or a high level of knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Pool Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and design curriculum for Training classes
  • Develop and manage class schedule
  • Work with and engage Association Education committees training platform
  • Train customers and internal teams on curriculum in order to increase both awareness and knowledge of the industry
  • Attain and retain certifications in both HVAC and Pool courses to maintain trainer status
  • Work with internal staff to streamline the training process both internally and externally
  • Work with Coordinator to book venues and meals for classes
  • Review surveys to monitor success and identify areas of improvement
  • Manage and monitor training budget
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies
  • Track all attendees and confirm paid status
