Corporate Paralegal

Position Type: Full Time – Permanent
Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain corporate documents, binders, and spreadsheets * Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents * Assist Senior Paralegal with preparation of documents and letters from appropriate templates * Assist Senior Paralegal with gathering, organizing, and producing discovery materials * Support VP of Real Estate with lease reviews and updates. * Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors * Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with visitors and team members * Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, and monitor calendars * Manage legal and corporate documentation and correspondence in strict confidence * Uphold a strict level of confidentiality * Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow * Other job duties as assigned * Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Knowledge of Lease Query helpful PM17 The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and solve problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate will also be internal client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and the ability to easily switch gears.
