Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Partner with mangers to anticipate/meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Works with multiple managers to identify strategic staffing strategies.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, policies and procedures with the      manager and coordinate with HR.       This may include job posting optimization, job board procurement,      digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment      campaign planning, strategic planning and talent planning for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-state organization.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools to meet      current and future staffing needs through innovative strategies that      support the growth plans of the business.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting      process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within      multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing      Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers and      interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly      understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships      and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Track and report key metrics      designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Regular follow up with the      respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of      recruitment process.
  • Attend job fairs and      other functions concerning recruitment requirements.
  • Identify and sources appropriate talent succession within the      organization.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and      staffing firms and manage the procurement process.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with      hiring and employment data.
  • Responsible for      compliance with and enforcement of company/department policies and      procedures.
  • Actively participate in all      staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent      education and/or experience required

 

Experience:

  • Three (3) plus years of Staffing/Recruitment      experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of      the organization from entry level to executive staff
  • Must have experience on      mapping and sourcing resumes from multiple sources

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive      person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique      situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to      corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. Requires      significant concentration and the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • The Recruiter maintains a sound      knowledge of relevant classification and pay structures, knowledge      recruitment/selection, development of staffing models, and employment law      application and all relevant legislation.
  • Applicant is expected to have knowledge of commonly      used concepts, practices and policies within the HR field.
  • A basic understanding of the Company’s      organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel      policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment      practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and      in writing with employees and the general public, to maintain      confidentiality in daily operations, to conduct daily duties in a      professional appearance and manner.
  • Excellent inter-personal      skills, communication skills and team based project experience
  • Clear understanding of the end      to end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Proficient computer skills      including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and      internet research
