Job Summary
Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to assist in the development and maintenance of nationwide recruiting programs, helping ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and on-board top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for assisting with development of recruiting strategy and working with various department heads and team leads to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions. Specializes in property-level management and maintenance/service positions, as well as corporate support positions.
Corporate headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, UT but we are also open to candidates from the Tampa, FL region.
Qualifications/Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Ability to leverage various social media platforms to further the recruiting efforts of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
- Capability to develop a solid understanding of the organization’s business operations and industry.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

- recruiting for hospitality such as retail or hotels: 1 year (Preferred)
- recruiting for Property Management or Multi-Family Companies: 1 year (Preferred)
