We are in need of a Corporate Recruiter to ensure that we have the best people possible in place to ensure that all processes run smoothly for our customers.

Position Overview: The High Volume Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of positions across multiple departments. This role demands a proactive and efficient recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and can handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring needs across various departments and roles.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening : Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage a high volume of candidate interactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Data Management: Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment. Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and employment law. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Ability: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Familiarity with social media and online job boards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting
  • Average experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Common sense reasoning ability
  • Above average ability to calculate figures and amounts for budget and analysis
  • Excellent attendance
  • Work completed in timely fashion
  • Public speaking ability for group meetings and management
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to confront and resolve business challenges and recruiting issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
