Our software platforms are used by eCommerce merchants, payment processors, and banks around the world to mitigate everything related to chargebacks & consumer credit card disputes!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team.
Position Overview:
- Manage all expense related tasks
- Ensure appropriate expense coding and timing is recorded
- Ensure we are not overpaying for anything
- Calculate and streamline commissions
- Banking – collect & apply ACH; make payments and transfers
- Digitize records / streamline processes
- Manage costs: Identify and execute on lowering costs
- Analyze trends, cost drivers and key metrics
- Incorporate use of technology as approved
- Review cash reconciliations
- Forecast cash levels
- Ensure polices and procerus are updated
- Lead, manage, develop expense staff
Desired Experience:
- 1+ years of AR in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks enterprise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel working in large data sets (pivot tables, Vlookup functions)
- Reconciliation bank and internal data
- Reporting writing / preparing financial reporting
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a multi-currency AR environment
- Well organized
