Need a driven and motivated field services driver. You will at minimum have 3 packages a week up to 20 packages+ in 1 week. We will need individual to be flexible.
Delivering the following and additional items as needed:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Hang lockboxes at properties
- Deliver marketing materials to properties
- Keep track/list of your inventory
- Pick up miscellaneous items as requested/needed
- Hang riders
- Inserting and removing – sold, coming soon, and listing power tools riders
- Delivering – door hangers and flyers for new listings
- Picking up keys from clients
- Put step-in signs at properties
- Any requests that the Listing Agent/Listing Manager asks of you
- Make copies of keys
- Set up directionals at properties
- During closing period: retrieving of step-in signs and directionals, lockbox, and any other items that belong to the team
- Keep track of mileage/time for payroll purposes
