Princeton Information is seeking a Creative Service Project Manager for a Major Financial Client in Tampa, FL-

Longterm Consulting Role/- W2 ONLY. Expect to interview quickly
Contract Terms: All candidates must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Princeton Information is not sponsoring individuals for H-1B or any other nonimmigrant visa status for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

* As the overall project manager within a program, lead global projects in accordance with program governance and project management standards and procedures through all project phases.
* Identify and mobilize project teams.
* Work with project stakeholders to determine project scope, build and manage project plans and complete status reporting.
* Drive project integration, including identification and management of project interdependencies across functional teams.
* Actively manage and drive solutions for risks/issues to project scope or schedule.
* Maintain project artifacts in accordance with audit and program governance standards.
* Facilitate meetings and record meeting minutes; effectively communicate with project stakeholders of all levels, negotiating agreements across stakeholders as necessary.
* Coordinate project needs and ensure execution across regions and functions.

Qualifications

* 4 year college degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field).
* 7+ years of experience with managing large, complex projects as overall/lead project manager.
* Financial services experience highly desired.
* PMP certification considered a plus.
* High level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
* Ability to take on multiple assignments and maintain composure in fast-paced, high pressure environment.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Time management and organization skills.
