Description: Do you have commercial loan experience or related loan document experience and compliance? Do you have excellent knowledge of loan documentation, perfection of collateral, laws and regulations affecting appropriate due diligence? This could be the position for you! The best fit for this role will have experience reviewing of approval, determining and verifying of due diligence to ensure loans are closed in accordance with approval as well as preparation or coordination of preparation of appropriate loan documentation for new, renewal, and modification of loans.
