Responsibilities: Conduct audits of year end operating and real estate tax expenses to ensure they are in compliance with the lease agreements; review invoices in conjunction with lease requirements; review Estoppel & SNDA certificates; prepare accurate lease abstracts and quality control data audits; financial reporting based on client requirements; draft correspondence and notices to Landlords; ensure monthly rents are processed in a timely manner.
Requirements: 3+ years relevant work experience; excellent internal and external customer service; superior negotiating skills and problem solving ability; advanced understanding of complex real estate lease terminology; must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership of job tasks; able to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast paced environment; strong Microsoft Office skills.
