ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers, owners, and the general public. Answer telephone and respond to inquiries, assist clients, receive and distribute mail, input and update information in computer and assist in maintaining security of THA offices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school graduation or GED plus 1 year of experience involving dealing with the public, and using a computer or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in public housing, and Bilingual preferred.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: Valid Florida Driver’s License, Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy.
SALARY RANGE: $22,729.00 – $29,548.00 – $36,367.00
We anticipate hiring between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
Successful applicant will be required to pass a drug screening test for illegal drugs and background screening prior to assuming duties for this position.
