Must have the following in order to apply:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer contact experience in a sales, military, or call center environment, to include a minimum of one (1) year frequent (e.g. daily communication) with customers via telephone, e-mail and/or face-to-face; OR Bachelor’s Degree
- At least one (1) year of experience multi-tasking in a Windows operating system environment
- Ability to attend and complete all training requirements (approximately 14 weeks)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours up to six (6) days per week, if needed
Preferred Skills:
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience in a relationship building environment
- Contact/Call Center experience
- Experience cross selling or up-selling products
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a problem resolution/analytical environment
Days & Hours: Full Time; 40 Hours Per Week; Monday through Saturday; Day Shift; 7:30am to 6:00pm. Complete schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Training schedule is as follows:
Week 1 and week 2: Training schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Week 3 through the end of training: Training will include Saturdays, 9:30am to 6:00pm
