We have a client that is an exciting high-tech company providing looking for Work From Home (remote) Customer Service Associates.

Temp to Perm and room for growth for stellar employees! Our client is growing by leaps and bounds and needs upbeat, computer savvy individuals to give a great customer service experience over the phone.

This role will take inbound calls for various companies such as doctor’s offices and law firms. There is NO sales. Scripts provided. Will be fast-paced and back to back calls.

Pay: $12.00 per hour.

Schedule: 
o Training: First two weeks from 10am – 6pm M – F
o Post Training: After training, it will be a full-time committed schedule of 40 hours per week, with a commitment to 8 hours on Friday, Monday, and 5 hours over the weekend. All other hours are at your discretion between 9am – 9pm Eastern Time.

Here are the system requirements for the position: 

• Cable/Fios or other high-speed Internet connection. DSL is allowed as long as it is not DSL Satellite. (No Wireless, Satellite or Air Card Internet).
• Ability to hardwire your computer to your internet connection. (Some of our positions require a physical wire connection at all times while working.)
• Working speakers
• Windows 7, 8 or 10, and some Mac Operating Systems
• 4GB or more of System Memory (RAM)
• Working webcam

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 year of Customer Service Experience
* Type at least 35 wpm and be computer savvy!
* Have quite space to work distraction free at home with webcam, PC, and high-speed internet.

Process: Process for consideration includes a video interview, testing on computer skills and home system capabilities, spelling, and typing (seeking 35 words per minute or higher) and a criminal background check.
