Customer Service Representative who has at least 2 years of experience in a heavy inbound call environment taking escalation calls. You must be someone who exudes positive energy and wants to make a difference.
1) They will be taking a lot of Inbound calls
2) Monitor ticket systems and data provided from the units
3) Log info from call into the system – i.e. location, unit number, details of the call
4) Occasional Outbound calls back to customers with info they requested (i.e. where to mail a receipt to, etc.)
5) Reporting in between calls (some data entry) – updating “hour of operation”, parking charges, etc. in system for various units.

You will always be busy even if not actually on the phone. These are all contract to hire positions. The candidate will need to be available to work during the hours of 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday.
