Mister Sparky, America’s On Time Electrician is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by scheduling services for their home or business for electrical repairs. Answering incoming calls is a large part of your job duties so previous telephone experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about our services and offerings
- Gather Key required information and facts about the home and need
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
- Have an outgoing, positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean criminal history
- Pass a drug test
